During my first year, reach improved by 15%, reaching over 184,000 people across channels. Video views went up 597%, reaching over 82,000 people.

Though LinkedIn remains our most successful platform, I leverage Instagram and Facebook to connect with younger, more engaged audiences, using video storytelling and reels to maximize reach and engagement.
